Trevor Hanaway was an IMF agent who was killed on an assignment in Budapest by an assassin named Sabine Moreau after escaping from two other individuals who desired Russian nuclear launch codes.

He was the partner of Agent Jane Carter and was operating under her team leadership while on the mission in which he was killed. Hanaway's death at the hands of Moreau later serves as a motivating factor for Carter in seeking revenge against her.
