Richter is a formerly agent of the secrets services of the Germany and a member of the Syndicate sent with Kagan at the opera of Vienna to killed Ilsa Faust if she does not kill the Chancellor of Austria. Richter is also one of severals Syndicate's operatives to be identified by disowned IMF agent Ethan Hunt.
Biography
Rogue Nation
Disguised as Austrian policeman, Richter is first seen when the chancellor arrives at the opera with his wife. Moreover, Benji Dunn pass before him unknowingly.
Later, Richter enters in the lighting board and kills the two technicians but Benji have, later, a visual in his computer and see Richter. Benji was also forced to join Richter and to confront it. Ilsa Faust landmark the fighters and shot Richter in the back, killing him instantly.
