Roxburgh is an Australian actor who has appeared in movies such as Children of the Revolution, Doing Time for Patsy Cline, Thank God He Met Lizzie, Oscar and Lucinda, In the Winter Dark, The Last September, Passion, Moulin Rouge!, The One and Only, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Van Helsing, Stealth, Fragile, and Like Minds. He has also appeared in episodes of East of Everything.
