Several Barrett M82A1 sniper rifles are planted by Ethan in front of the warehouse before the rescue mission. Each rifle is mounted on a remote turret and is fed by two ammo drums. The rate of fire in the movie is most likely a rapid semi-automatic rather than a slow automatic rate of fire. The Barrett rifles are fired remotely by Luther.
